Can I exchange items?

Please note that we do not offer exchanges, however, you can return the item to us for a refund your order and then place a new order. We do not cover return postage costs for change of mind.

Yes, we refund items as long as they are deemed in a re-saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging with no seals broken. Please contact [email protected] to organise your return.

How long do I have to return my item?

We must receive your items within 30 days of you receiving your order.

Will my refund include shipping charges?

Your refund will not include original shipping charge on the order. We do not cover return postage costs for change of mind.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds for change of minds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s), though the time until the finalisation of payment may vary depending on your banking institution.
