Can I exchange items?
Please note that we do not offer exchanges, however, you can return your item/s to us for a refund and then place a new order. We do not cover return postage costs for change of mind.

Can I refund items?
Yes, we allow refunds as long as they are deemed in a re-saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging with no seals broken.

Can I cancel my order?
Please note that we do not cancel orders for change of mind.
The Eco Warrior also cannot cancel your order once the order has been Processed. If your order has been processed, the item/s must instead be returned to us in accordance with the returns policy.
How long do I have to return my item?
We must receive your items within 30 days of you receiving your order.
Will my refund include shipping charges?
No, your refund will not include the original shipping charge on your order. We do not cover return postage costs for change of mind.
What should I do if I received a faulty product?
If the item that you have received is faulty, please first contact us at orders@theecowarrior.eco. We will work with you should you believe a product is faulty. Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
What should I do if my order is incorrect?
If you have recieved any incorrect items, please contact us at orders@theecowarrior.eco. We will work with you to correct your order. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item/s, although the time until the finalisation of payment may vary depending on your banking institution.
