What delivery service do you use?

We use carbon neutral delivery on all orders! Our shipping partner is Sendle – a B-Corp shipping company who strive to keep our planet and environment healthy by offsetting every emission released into the atmosphere associated with delivery your order.

How are your packages sent?

At the Eco Warrior, we reuse boxes from our employees and surrounding businesses, recycling them to give them another life. We also repurpose newspaper, magazines and other packing materials to fill the gaps in your package. We enclose your box with paper tape and send it on its way to you with Sendle.

Can I track my order?

All deliveries are sent via Sendle with a tracking number. 

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to our delivery service’s website and a tracking number.

Do you ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers?

Sorry we cannot send to PO Boxes.

My tracking says my order has been delivered but my package is missing. What can I do?

We send our packages with Signature on Delivery as the default to ensure it’s made its way to you safely. Some of the smaller packages can be sent without this signature. Missing, stolen or lost packages must be reported to us as soon as possible or within 20 days. Unfortunately, if you opted for Authority to Leave (ATL) and your package is missing or lost, we can not accept liability but we will do our best to work with you to file a claim or you can send your claim directly with Sendle.

How long does it take for customer service to reply?
